Credits. Credits pay for AI steps in Nucleus. Each step's price shows in the app before you use it, and the app shows your balance and recent use. 1 credit is worth USD 0.01 (RM 0.05) at the published pack prices.
Free credits. New accounts get free credits once per person and once per Mac. Accounts made to collect free credits more than once may be closed.
Buying credits. Packs are paid in advance through Stripe, in MYR or USD. Credits are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refunded, except where the law requires or if a step failed and its hold was not returned. Credits do not expire while the service runs.
Vouchers. A voucher code adds the credits it names, once per account, until its end date.
Prices can change. New prices apply to steps after the change; credits you already hold keep their number.
AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you send to the service and how you use what comes back.
Fair use. Do not use the service to break the law, attack it, or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise it always will. If we ever close it, we will say so in the app and refund unused paid credits.
Nucleus Cloud. Your cloud computer sleeps when you are not using it and wakes on your next visit, which can take a few seconds. We aim never to lose your ideas, but keep your own copy of anything important. Some sites block downloads from servers, so a link that works on a Mac may not work in the cloud. We may close a cloud account unused for 12 months, after emailing you at least 30 days before.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
